Nestled in the prestigious surroundings of London’s Hurlingham Club, the Workplace Leaders Top 50 Celebration Party welcomed the Class of 2025, a curated list of 50 influential workplace leaders and changemakers.

Hosted on 16 July 2025, the event honoured those shaping the future of work via innovation, leadership, inclusion and impactful strategies.

The highlights of the full-day event included an engaging keynote talk from Pauline Miller of Dentsu on driving cultural change in the workplace and a panel discussion on the subject of how workplaces can retain their best talent, featuring Bianca Angelico, Louisa Clarke, Fatima Nahimana, Naomi Sakamoto and chaired by Sajna Rahman.

Another pillar of the event was a chance for workplace and FM professionals to exchange ideas and connect. Alongside the morning content agenda, there was a breakfast networking, a BBQ lunch and post-awards drinks and live music, which extended networking opportunities in a celebratory atmosphere.

The 50 honourees represented leading organisations like Google, CBRE, Sky, Knight Frank, Pinterest, Savills, Gensler, and more. The calibre of the group illustrated the diverse talent driving transformational workplace experiences today.

Now in it's 3rd year, the Workplace Leaders Top 50 recognises individuals disrupting the status quo and advocating for inclusive, dynamic workplaces. This list was nominated by fellow workplace and FM peers, and judged by an esteemed advisory council.

Combining thought leadership, peer recognition, networking and entertainment in one dynamic package, the event aimed to celebrate the individuals steering the evolution of workplace culture, strategy, technology and sustainability.

Top 50 winner Angelo Christou, Client Services Director at Savills, said: "It was a fantastic day - there are some serious leaders here. It's been great to meet them and to network."

Panellist Louisa Clarke, the Founder of One Feather Coaching, added: "I think it's one of the best events in the calendar. It has the perfect mix of panels, the keynote and the awards, versus the networking. That's where we get to meet other people outside of our silos."

Also in attendance were alumni winners from previous Top 50 events and this year's awardees will receive year-round visibility and community through print & digital media, closed-door events, and inclusion in the Top 50 'Hall of Fame' as the Class of 2025.
