With entries closing at 11pm on Monday 7 September, FM and property professionals have just under two weeks left to put forward their teams, projects and organisations for recognition.

New categories have been introduced for 2026, and entries are free to submit. The full list of categories is available on the awards website, where entrants can also submit their entries.

The awards will culminate in an evening at JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London on Monday 30 November, with the FM & Property Awards taking place alongside The Security & Fire Awards for Excellence. Winners from both awards will be presented on the same stage during the event.

The FM & Property Awards are organised by the team behind The Security & Fire Awards for Excellence, bringing the FM, property, security and wider built environment communities together for an evening of recognition and networking.

Those attending can book tickets separately through the awards' Attend page, since attendance isn't included with a free category entry. Further guidance for entrants, including tips for putting together a submission, is also available online.
