2026 Workplace Leaders Top 50: Chloe Walker
The Workplace Leaders Top 50 list has been announced and with the celebration event taking place at London's Hurlingham Club this summer, we sat down with 2026 winner Chloe Walker, Account Manager at ZSL London Zoo.
How did you get into the workplace and FM industry?
I fell into the industry while trying to support my first passion - contemporary dance!
What does it mean to you to be recognised as a Workplace Leaders Top 50?
For me, its recognition that the way I lead is out of the ordinary - which is surprising when its the everyday standard you set for yourself!
It's made me stop, take stock, and give myself a chance to feel proud.
What is your favourite part of being in the workplace industry?
The people... but also the animals!
Being blessed to work for ZSL means everyone shares a vision, passion and are united. I love being surrounded by passionate people.
Tell us an interesting fact that no one knows about you?
This is a tough one as I'm an open book! Ah, I once auditioned for a reality TV show!
If you weren’t working in the workplace or FM industry, what would you be doing?
On a stage, dancing my heart out!
What does it take to be a workplace leader?
For me its the everyday, consistently being reliable committed and dedicated.
Some call that boring, but to a team it feels like safety.
Predictability creates a standard to work to, encourages trust, and promotes growth.
